Sportspower Super 8 Metal Swing Set Metal Component box 2 of 2

The product is awesome. The only problem that we had was there we were missing a piece. But I emailed Sportspower and they are sending it to me now.

exactly what is pictured, all the instructions were easy to read and put together. only problem we had was missing one part of the rocking horse glider, but customer service took care of that pretty quickly.

Some of your questions cannot be accurately rated because it is a swing set and the weather is bad, so we haven't even opened the box (which was split open on one end) your star review makes you pick a star and without the ability to explain till the end (now) so I picked 3 stars , but really don't know!

LIKES: like that it has different things to ride on. As seen on the box you get the saucer, 2 swing seats, seesaw, rocking horse glider, and a slide. Our swing we eliminated one of the seats and added a infant/toddler swing. see last photo of our finished project . Our 6yr old and 1 year old loves it. Physically looks great from a distance. DISLIKES: When my boyfriend put it together there was quite of few things that was poorly done. Paint job on the main poles are supposed to be powder coated but my boyfriend said in his opinion that it was poor quality of powder coat %26 looked like a rush job, found scratches %26 chips to the paint on main frame and several on the other bars that attached to the swing, dents to metal poles, washers welded uneven that can cut someone, and much more.. he had more pictures then were allowed to be put on. No parts to stake the swing set down. Which is highly recommended since the swing will come off the ground. Holes are made at the bottom but nothing to secure them. Inspect all the pieces before assembling it to make sure they meet your standards. Plus, don't go by the time it shows to put it together. It will take you longer then stated. If you are a single person double the time. Especially if you have never put one together! Highly recommend 2 people to help work on it makes it much easier putting it together %26 moving it. He put up a folding table to put all the nuts and bolts onto so it was much easier to keep track of. If you plan on assembling it on grass I would recommend you put a tarp down under table %26 the swing set until complication of the swing set so if you lose any of the bolts, washers, or nuts they will land on the tarp and not hide in the grass. Make sure you have all the tools you will need for the project so it will save the running back and forth while assembling your new swing.. To make it easier on you there is a video that will help you install the swing. Look on the box or in the instruction manual for the website or QR code. It can get frustrating but after it's all said and done. It's a great swing for your family to use. One note most adults can't fit in the seats. Enjoy

I'm a little upset that quite a few items were damaged my husband noticed after putting it together reached out to care team. Hope to hear back soon. I will update my review after they reach out.

We bought this for our grandkids who are skinny and ages 1-11. When our 7, 10 %26 11 year olds swing either by themselves or with another on the other swing, the top bar of the swing bows. The swing was advertised as sturdy, but it is not.

I ordered a swing set and you sent only the slide. The day it was set to be delivered it was canceled (swing set) Which seemed strange because both items were in Georgetown Ky. So no I am not happy at all with the service. I also ordered from Wayfair ( swing set) and received on time today!

My two year old fell from the saucer the first day we got it …. i put her to lay on the saucer and ten mins after the part connected to the metal fell out and she fell flat on the concrete in her face so parent be carful this is not sturdy at all and am not even sure if they sent me a used one because the box came ripped up the the metal that fell out looked used … my box also came open

I have not received the entire order! Part of the order is missing.

Poor quality/delivery was awful/ damage was done to most all of parts/someone needs to make sure that my grandchildren get a new swing set undamaged and with timely and professional delivery!
