Sportspower TruJump 12' Trampoline, with Safety Enclosure and Spin-N-Light, Blue

Did take awhile to arrive but totally understandable. Came in 2 boxes, well packaged, with very easy instructions. Does come with spring pull tool, so don't order one, like we did! My husband and 2 teenage girls put this together in about 3 hours. Not complicated at all. We did order the extra stakes for support in addition to the water bags that are included. So far, so good. It says only one person at a time but both my girls have been on it together with no issue as of yet

Arrived early.... we had 4 adults put it together and it took us less than an hour. Birthday gift for my 5 year old grand daughter, she absolutely LOVES it. She and her dad spent the entire afternoon jumping and playing. It is the perfect size for her.

Bought it on a sale. Thought the 12 foot would be too small... Wrong. I have a 8 and 4 year old and the 3 of us were able to jump on this thing comfortably. I'm 6'2 190pds... Besides the light system not working properly, this was still a 5 star buy, especially during this pandemic!

Love the netting inside so you don't land in the springs! Couldn't be easier to assemble and even came with a neat light that lights up when you jump. Came 2 days early! I read a review that said there was nothing to secure the net but mine had everything I needed - easily worth quite a bit more than we paid!

The boys (who are not great at putting things together) were able to get it together. Have a three year old who jumps with her dad on it. They love it. One small con, the light takes batteries. Those batteries wear out quickly. It's easier to unhook the light and just not use it.

Bought this trampoline for my 2year old grandson. He loves it so do I and my adult kids. LOL. Very bouncy. Great enclosure. Took about 2.5 hours to put together. Does take 2 people to put together. Had all parts was easy to put together. One thing it was missing was a ladder but overall really great trampoline. My order came in 4 days earlier then expected.

Wish I would have read more reviews before buying. I only give 3 star rating because it did arrive early. This product should of came in 2 boxes, why its to heavy for one person to deliver. The box was torn all up, taped over and over. It was missing cord for net, 4 springs and padding was for 15 ft. not 12 ft. which is what we ordered. Tried countless times to contact manufacture about missing items. When finally got call back they would not send missing items. Had to replace them myself at additional cost. will never buy from this again.

The trampoline arrive from Fed-X ground and the end of the trampoline end was open and mat springs falling out. We took the box and fortunately all of the springs were accounted for. Nice job Fed-X for keeping all the parts in a torn box!. The assembly went okay until we got to installing the frame padding. The trampoline is 12 foot and the box had 15 foot frame pad. I've been attempting to contact the manufacturer for past 4 day and no response to email or phone messages. Hopefully I can get it resolved soon, if not I will get Walmart involved.

Missing pieces, costumer service is a joke. I've called for days to finally get told to hang on to be hung up on three times. Then I finally reach someone and I have to send a email to get the parts replaced. The welding is horrible and turns your hands while trying to put it together.

It's okay for the price however the manufacturer is just awful. We set this trampoline up and noticed a tear in the net enclosure. I have had this for one year now and still haven't been able to get ahold of this company after trying multiple times. Would've given a 4 star review if they'd just sent me a replacement for the defective netting. Again, ok for the price though.
