This is perfect for what I need. Gentle on my joints. You can focus on the muscle you want to address. My arms,do slow movements with arms pulling toward you 16 reps. Then clasp hands reverse to do biceps. Use heels to place your weight on them to control the glut and thigh. Key is slow controlled movements. Hold your tummy in the whole time,relax your shoulders and remember to breathe. Yes I'm an old person. For the money it's worth it.
I just started using the squat machine after trying it out at a friends home. I'm 71 and I have decided to get in better shape. I find it easy to use. I am starting off slow but I feel it will help to get me back in better shape and keep helping me to build more body strength. It will be a good buy for me when cold weather keeps me from getting out. I would really this equipment
easy to put together! I've only got to use it once but it sure seems like what I want I'm excited to keep on going with it thank you
