I bought this mat because my Pilates mat wasn't cushioning my back during those rolling-like-a ball moves. I use it for that, and for my HASfit workouts, as well. It gives me support plus cushioning. I would not use it for yoga practice, but love it for everything else. And the grandkids can use it for tumbling (I have two 72" mats, so I can put them end-to-end or side-by-side.) I wipe it down with teatree and lavender oil mixed with water and witch hazel. Well worth the money.
Used regularly. Lots of core exercises account of back issues. Excellent cushioning. Would like it wider , 30 to 32 inches would feel better. Easy to clean. Just purchased so hope it holds up.
Saw this at the gym, had to have it and so I ordered it. Fast delivery. I love it! Makes my stretching routine so pleasant. It's soft and just the right size and easy to store. Thanks!
The thickness of this mat is just what I needed to comfort my knees during my workouts. I highly recommend it for anyone needing it over using those thin yoga mats. Love it!
I use this sane mat at my gym, and had to buy 2 for my home gym. They are very good quality, and have the support and padding I need to do any exercise.
This mat was just what we needed to make floor, pilates, stretching and TRX exercises more comfortable for my clients' home workout spaces.
All orders are correct and very quick to be sent and delivered
My friend loves it. Excellent sleep cushion.
I use the mats for physical Fitness and they have great body support while I'm laying on them. I've got Cerebral Palsy so the 2 inches of thickness of the mat helps me relax more than if I was on a liter type of mat such as a Yoga mat. My only problem with my new mat would be I can't properly clean my mat after my workout due to the spasticity that accompanies my condition. That would drain my energy faster than my workouts do.
