This SPRI calf handheld portable textured massager has two branches with nubbed ridges to massage not only your calves but also your arms, thighs, neck, back - anywhere really! I am very arthritic. I also have sciatica so massaging the outside of my thighs and calves is very helpful when the pain starts. I get inside thigh cramps too and this massager alleviates the pain at once! For a small, handheld tool, it works like a charm!

My husband always has calf cramps or sore calves. I don't know why; I suspect he walks or sits wrong or something. But he's always asking me to massage his calves. When I saw this I thought maybe this would save my carpal tunnel. It's perfect! I just roll it up and down on the back of his calf and he loves it, and it saves my wrists. I wish I had found it sooner!

The massager is great to use on someone by someone else. It fits every part of the body needed. It is just right as far as hardness and texture to be effective. I love that it is small. It is very easy to use. It is very convenient. And my mother also likes it for all these reasons. It has an athletic, attractive, color scheme. It does not weight too much. I think every house needs one of these. It is durably built to last which is a great plus too. But I think it needs to weight a little more to be more affective (weight on the body when massaging).

I have been enjoying using the SPRI Calf Textured Massager. I use it after my workouts and runs, and it has given my muscles immediate and long term relief. This SPRI Calf Handheld Portable Textured Massager is a neat massaging tool to have. And it's small enough to throw in a bag and take it with you. I like how the tilted Y shape hugs the muscle you need to work on. Its perfect for you neck. It's also small enough to use on you arms but somehow works on bigger areas as well. The nodules on the rollers help dig into the tissue to reach the muscles. I did have one problem with this massager. The ends on one side kept popping off when I would use it. They do pop right back into place but it was still a little annoying.  But an easy fix is to glue them on. I think that is well worth the effort for this SPRI handheld portable massager. My son even likes to use it.

This roller seems well made. I have tried it on my thighs, arms and calves. It is only the calves (for which the product is labeled) that feels like it is doing something. Just pressing harder doesn't feel like it is hitting the spot anywhere except the calves. I haven't had much muscle pain lately, so the real effect is still questionable, but the 'depth' of the massage feels most on the calves, for sure. I can't say I am looking forward to another charlie horse to see if it works! lol

I didn't feel like it gave much of a massage to my calves; my I guess I was expecting something that felt more like a massage and less like something gliding over my legs. But this did feel good rolling along the muscles on my back. I keep having a problem with the end cap that holds the individual rollers on popping off, which is very frustrating. The attached picture shows how the device fits against my calf.

I really wanted to like this calf massager. I have leg pain and hoped this would help ease it a bit. I was disappointed! The massager didn't roll easily on the skin and didn't fit my leg well. I doubt I will use it in the future.
