SPRI Hanging Exercise Mat, 56-Inch x 23-Inch x 3/8-Inch

This is the perfect mat for at home use. I have used them in gyms for years and love how sturdy they are. The holes for hanging not only save space but keep the mat flat. This might be a little more expensive than some other mats but well worth it.

I bought this exercise mat and am incredibly pleased with the purchase. It is thick and comfy to work on. Big plus with plastic grommets that will not damage wooden floors and can be used to hang the mat from a door. Little bit of a plastic-y odor that dissipates quickly. Great purchase

I bought a 71" SPRI fitness mat because by the time I get to the gym, they're all taken and I wanted one of my own. I love this mat because it's nice and thick and the surface doesn't get slippery or sticky when you sweat on it. Plus, as I'm 5'3", I can do any kind of floor position and all my bony parts will be well-padded.

The product is of high quality. Use it for many classes throughout the course of the week and they have upheld well!

I use the mat for at home workouts. I have a disease in my hands and feet (Dupytrens and Ledderhose) that I need any extra padding to prevent pain. This mat is perfect for me!!

I am currently using this on our concrete slab floors at home for exercise. I really like the thickness and length. Doesn't slip on flooring. Great product!

Nice and thick. No issues with knees or elbows with this. 71" is an excellent length and the width is plenty adequate. Easy to clean as well with Good grip on both sides of the mat so it doesn't move around when on the floor.

I use this mat..exercising everyday in my basement! I absolutely love it...it's firm, perfect size, easy to wipe Down after workouts. I really am very happy to have it!!

Love the mat. Excellent quality that is unparalleled. Use in my home gym for everything from push-ups, stretching and yogo. I am 5'6", I like the 71" I purchased. Do wish they offered a slightly wider version. Maybe another 2" wider. In all, I highly recommend.
