A must have for an added element of balancing work
This is a fantastic piece of equipment for workouts requiring balance. I use them for P90X2 and they're quite effective. I especially like the grip, my hands don't slip at all.

Typical medicine ball, durable and made of a non-slip grip material. Easy to clean. I would buy heavier weights of this type again.

Bouncy
I was looking for a medicine ball with some bounce like the ones I used to use at the gym. I am happy with the amount of bounce this ball has. I knocked off a star because it actually has a little too much bounce for me. it's still better then the first ball I purchased which had no bounce at all. Overall, I am happy with this product. it looks and feels like a basketball.

Just like a miniature planet with red and black
I made a mistake, I needed a 4 lbs ball this is 8 pounds ...I guess I won't lift it that many times I planned to.

Present surprise ruined
Medicine ball is GREAT! Great quality! But, this was a present for my husband and it came with the original box out and about. Also, the box was broken because they tried to put inside a second product I got with the order, really? Bad review only because of the bad shipping experience.
