SPRI Weighted Vest, 12 Pound, Includes Adjustable Strap, One-Size Fits Most, Black

I've had a 40lb All Pro weighted vest for years now. I hate it. The weight is awesome. But i'm waring body weights during sword practice. And other vests just get in the way of moving. But the SPRI weighted vest is just down right awesome. Allows full motion for rapid or explosive movements. Because all the weight is on the chest it takes any pressure off your back. And though small that one clasp was more than enough to keep it secure.

This item came exactly as pictured. I am a female 38C chest size and 5 ft 3 inch height. Item came exactly as pictured. The vest buckle comes right above my chest with plenty of room to extend. Its sturdy, comfortable and perfect for treadmill workout. I was going to go with a 20 pound but Im very happy that I settled for the 12 pound because it is just enough to not stress my back and neck

Great investment doesn't hurt your back has equal weight support for your back and neck area, I use it every day all day it helps burn extra calories and water weight I highly recommend getting this for investment in yourself ... You will not regret it.

I got this about a month ago and absolutely love it! I use it literally everyday with all sorts of different workouts that include the elliptical, walking, cycling, squatting, and situps. When I do situps, I put them on my chest because it's almost too difficult when on the back. When I do squats, instead of wearing it like a traditional weight vest I buckle them right above my hips to make sure the weight is targeting my glutes. It is also super comfortable too. I am 5'8 and 142 lbs if that matters and it fits me great on the smallest slack setting. I will definitely be buying the 20 lb vest next.

Excellent fit and very comfortable. Easy to wear. It does not move around at all. Highly recommend it.

Comfortable wear. I wear for walking and bike riding. Tried with push-ups but Im not there for more than one push-up.

Now that i've gotten used to it i love it!

4/5 stars, its a great vest. Sometimes i forget i am wearing it, my only issues arr the reflective straps and very dim and the mesh pocket is small but its amazing and fairly cheap just wished they had a similar vest weighing 20lbs.

Haven't used it yet but when trying on seems like it move around a lot. Might have to return or add another clasp in the front
