I make egg salad or add eggs to tuna often and I was mashing the eggs with a fork. I am 90 and my arms and hands aren't as strong as they used to be. Using the fork was hard and i would sometimes need a short break. Got the idea of using a pastry cutter and this small one was the perfect size. It slices the eggs in small pieces in half the time with half the effort. Love it.

I've been wanting to get one of these for awhile but just never did. I finally picked one up the other day and I'm glad I did. It's great to have in your kitchen. The quality of this one is nice. It feels like it will last awhile. I've used it a few times and it works well. Definitely recommend!

I wish I would have had this pastry cutter decades ago, as I have struggled to find one that is this well made. The design is compact, and fits comfortably in my hand. It is also quite effective, and made short work of my pie crust. It crumbled the ingredients quickly and evenly. It's also made of stainless steel, so it washes up quite nicely in the dishwasher. This pastry cutter will most certainly last a lifetime.

This Spring Chef Dough Blender was very easy to use. The handle is comfortable to hold and seems very sturdy. There is plenty of room between the handle and the blades that you don't have to worry about getting dough on your fingers. The blades are strong enough to blend up a stick of butter right out of the fridge. I did have to scrape the blades a few times with a rubber spatula but that is normal anytime you mix wet and dry ingredients. The blades are strong and they are curved perfectly to push against the side of a bowl. The blender was easy to clean.

Love this pastry blender. This is a sharp pasty blender and it works perfectly for making crumble toppings for my baked apples. I love the size, the grip and the ease of using this product. The hand blender is super easy to grab without having to pull out a huge food processer. Sometimes, I just want to do these kitchen tasks by hand. This product makes the process super easy, as the blades are sharp. The blending of the butter and brown sugar happens almost immediately, compared to using 2 knives. This is the perfect size for my use in the kitchen. Love it!

It has a nice nonslip grip handle so when you are working you don't have to worry about it slipping. The result is better food. I would highly recommend this product!

I like this pastry cutter because it is a lot sturdier than an old wire-type cutter that I have. The blades are strong stainless steel. The handle has a soft grip and is comfortable to hold. I've used it to cut butter into flour. I plan to try to use it to lightly mash or chop avocados, eggs and potatoes for salads. It is dishwasher safe.

I am pleased to have gotten this item for my baking needs. It is a good medium size and ensures good coverage for mixing your items with. The soft foam rubber handle is easy on my arthritic hands and keeps it from slipping which can cause spillage and overturns. It was great for mixing my bread dough as I incorporated the yeast, eggs and water. The packaging shows a suggestion for use on cutting up ground meat and bananas! So many great uses suggested on the side of the box. I thought this was only useful for mixing flour. Spring Chef is a great company of all good things you need for baking and cooking. I trust their items and they clean up easy too!

Have a recipe for pie crust. Have gone through 3 different cutters. They break or bend because the recipe calls for unmelted butter. That stuff is HARD when it comes out of the fridge! This new cutter?, unbelievable! Right through the butter! Mixes up beautifully! No breaking or bending of the blades! Finally! A cutter that can keep up with the toughest bakers. Yay!!
