Does what it is meant to do...
Pretty self-explanatory....the tool does what it is meant for, pretty simple. The price could be cheaper since it's a simple tool.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I JUST BOUGHT THIS ITEM TO HELP PUT UP MY GRAND DAUGHTER'S TRAMPOLINE. IT DID NOT LAST THRU ONE SPRING. THE HANDLE PULLED OFF. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I BOUGHT THE 11.99 ONE AND BY THE TIME SHIPPING WAS ADDED ON I PAID NEARLY $25.00. IT BROKE ON THE FIRST PULL. YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT TO WAL MART FOR YOUR MONEY BACK.
