Spring Round Cake

Although the description and pictures doesn't match what I order or what I received, I did like the actual cake I purchased and received. It was the spring cupcake bouquet cake. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. I purchased it and was able to get them to write Happy Birthday on it for my coworkers. Would definitely recommend!

The cake I ordered and received exceeded my expectations. The cake was beautiful and delicious. In the future I will only order cakes from the Lake Hallie Walmart bakery.

I did not order the spring round cake. I ordered the spring cupcake cake which is what I did get. It was very pretty especially for the price Overall very pretty and tasted good and fresh

Easy and affordable process. The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious as well. Everyone asked where I purchased. Super happy with my purchase and will definitely use Walmart bakery again.

Our daughter wanted a garden tea party for her graduation and this cake was a beautiful addition to all the food and decor. The flowers and butterflies added ambiance and the taste was delicious.

I actually ordered the Spring cupcakes. There was a minor mix-up with the image because it showed that I purched the Spring cake instead. Once the cake was ready for pick-up, to my surprise the cupcakes were still given. They were beautifully decorated and very delicious!

This is not what I ordered. I, in fact, ordered the cupcake cake that looked like a bouquet. It was great, but since I got an email telling me that my order was a round cake , and not the cupcake cake, it was very all very confusing. I tried to call the bakery at the store to confirm that I really did have a cupcake cake and not the round spring cake, but the customer service was horrible. I was hung up on several times, treated very poorly by the person answering the phone, and then they refused to answer the incoming calls. I tried to call 14 times and no one answered. When I finally drove to the store to make sure I even had an order the manager on duty said really the only thing he could do was to give me more cupcakes. Seriously? I already had 24 cupcakes, I did not need any other cupcakes. Your customer service stinks!!

This cake was suppose to be used as a display, for my bday decorations table. "Butterflies🦋Theme". But this cake looked nothing like pictured. Super Thick icing, decoration looked like a kid finished, Butterflies was missing and the boxed without care. Bakery staff was super nice and respectful though. So i just said thanks and left. They were already paid for online. But I would not recommend This Decoration. Cake tasted was ok though.

i CALLED AND REQUESTED THAT THEY CHANGE THE ICING TO WHITE. i SHOWED UP; AND THE ICING WAS BLUE. Apparently you cannot change anything changed from online order. People at the store were great but overall experience was attrocious.

This was poorly designed. Didn't looks like the photo has fake butterfly's and fake plastic flower rings all over it. Looks like a toddler birthday cake. Photos showed a flower pot with frosting flowers didn't looks anything like photos
