The shirt has the fit and flare of causal but dressy. I paired with jeans and a causal blazer/heels and looked great for office casual. Later I untucked and changed the shoes to flats and it still worked. Great shirt, would definetely purchase again.

What I liked was that the length fit me. I have a long torso ,European I am told?, and most blouses just come about 4" too short. with slacks and a belt I am constantly battling keeping tops tucked in. These puppies are perfect though. Very light material so a cami is a must. Why doesnt Walmart carry these in store? Liked one so much I now have 4 of the colours available. I am 5'7" 198 and I ordered the 2xl

This shirt is so good. Nice soft material. Good weight to it. Nice quality, looks expensive. True to size. I got blk in Lg and I usually do I'm 5'7 170. I like a loose fit and I don't tuck in. I will buy more colors for sure.

The feel of the blouse is very comfortable - it seems to just float on the skin and the fabric is pleasant to the touch. And it looks good on the body. I am very glad I found and bought it. I just wish there were a wider range of available colors because I would buy more of them.

This blouse is so nice. It can be dressed up or down. Very versatile and comfortable too. I was pleasantly surprised.

i bought this black shirt for y granddaughter because she started working at a high end restaurant and the required uniform is black slacks with a button up long sleeve black shirt and a tie. This shirt looks so nice , that it looks like it was bought from a expensive department store. so her complete uniform came from wal mart. black dress shoes, black slacks ,black tie and a black dress shirt. all for under a $100. and the tie is a velcro fixed tie, rhatway she doesn't have to know how to tie it. very impressive

This blouse is well made. Unfortunately, it runs at least one size, maybe two sizes too small. Getting US sizes true to size for apparel is very important. I wish sellers from other countries paid better attention to US sizes. The number doesn't matter so much as just making sure the buyer, can purchase something that will be true to size. Otherwise, we all may as well go back to shopping in the store and trying everything on before we make our purchases. This is a very important thing to get right well selling clothing to the US. Try to get the sizes right.

The shirt was very large otherwise I would have liked it. It was also very long too long to tuck in pants.

Sized up two sizes still didn't come close to fitting. Material was a lot more stiff than how it was described
