I love that there's so many vitamins in this one pill. It's so much easier for me to remember to take my vitamins when it's only one per day. So I've actually been consistent with these. The pills themselves are not tiny, as you can see in the photo, but they're not so huge that they're hard to swallow either. And the best part is that I've actually noticed that my energy levels are better. Overall. I used to feel like I needed an afternoon nap most days but not lately and I feel like these vitamins are making a difference.
