coconut oil capsules
Before starting these my cholesterol was 20 points higher than normal level. After 6 mo taking this daily my cholesterol was back down to mid range and my triglycerides had dropped. I made no other changes in diet or exercise. I tried swallowing oil and gagged everytime so this is a much simpler way to get it in my body.

Love this product!!!!!
It was such a good, good purchase. I've had so many wonderful feelings about this product that it's hard to keep my feet on the ground. The amazing way the wind goes blowing through the waves in my hair. Like the sun on my face in the cold, cold wintertime. Oh, just the sheer excitement this product gives me, is like when I go dancing on the sawdust floor, with all eyes on me. When I try out every dance move that I know and a lot that I don't know. Like when the night is over, but you still got a lot of things that you want to do. Things, places and people. Like going for a ride, because you can't drive since you don't know how to put the brakes on when it comes to your drinking. But it is fun anyway, because your buddy is taking good care of you. Yes, he might let you make a real fool out of yourself, but hey, isn't that what real friends are for anyway. Y'all can talk and laugh about it later. Maybe you can get to do the same for him, sometime. And the real friendship grows so much closer.

COCONUT OIL CAPSULES WERE FINE THEY DID NOT GET RUINED BY THE GREEN JUICE THAT RUINED THE 8 PACK OF MAC ^ CHEESE CUPS. THERE WAS ONE BAG OF FROZEN PINEAPPLES THAT WERE LEFT OUT, I WAS NOT TOLD YET IF THEY ARE BEING SHIPPED WITH THE BOTTLE OF CINNAMON I ORDERED AND ARE STILL WAITING FOR
