I have been taking these for years and for me they really help with digestion. They are a liquid filled so very easily digested. No after taste.

Hair loss
I take the Coconut oil tablets for my hair to counter act hair loss due to medication and they definitely seem to help. I know Whalen I'm out and not taking them it makes a difference.
