take one capsule a day. it has been controled my blood pressure to normal ranges
My endocrinologist (type 1 diabetic) recommended these to me...2400 mg. a day so I take two at night. I feel like they keep my body well oiled like a machine! I would never be without this.
My doctor told me to take flaxseed oil along with a few other supplements to help lower my cholesterol level and so far, so good. I especially like the quantity you get with this bottle (200) as it will last me quite a while.
Use all the time. Works for me.
Great price
Been using this for years, as described.
Hoping this will help my joints and keep my heart healthy.
Well made product just did not see the effects flax seed promises
in past the flaxseed capsules were dark, these are light and easily stick to each other and tear. My pill box will be full of oil and the caplets are stuck together in jar. Seems they should have been coated with a powder to prevent. Will find another product in future.
When this arrived, it was one giant gummy of flaxseed pills. Whacking the bottle didn't do anything. I tried refrigerating to separate, no joy. Then I tried just a tad of warmth, still couldn't get them apart. Then I tried cutting the bottle open to get them all out and tried to salvage at least a few with manual separation. Got squirted by some and finally gave up. They're in the trash now. It didn't take very long to get my order, so how they melded together is anyone's guess. I'll try another vender and see if I have better luck.
