I have only been taking it a short time, so not able to know if it works. So basing this review on no side affects or stonach issues. Larger size than I thought, but no issues taking it.

Don't chew these lol. The pills are decently big so if you have a hard time swallowing pills maybe try to do 1 at a time. They help me sleep, especially when it helps call my shaky leg syndrome lol. I've also noticed it helping my joing pains from my rheumatoid arthritis

I buy this brand in all my vitamins! I love spring Valley ! This magnesium isn't as large as some brands. Easy to swallow and fast acting. I use it to help me sleep and it really works! The directions says to take 2 but I take 1 about an hour before bed and it helps me sleep so much better!

i usually get different magnesium, but was suggested to try this one. but now my leg cramps/discomfort/pain is back with a vengeance. instead of taking 2, i have to take 4 of these to get the same relief i did with other magnesiums.
