This is the most effective Melatonin we have ever used. Our whole family uses them from the 6 year old to the 90 year old granddad. The kids love them. They keep our bedtimes on schedule. I had been using spring valley extra strength 10mg melatonin pills for several months. I would have to take 4 to get a good effect. I tried these gummies 5- mg . Chewed up good before swallowing. In 15 minutes I felt the sleepy calm effect from just one of these 5-mg gummies. .

The taste is dangerously good! Tastes like you're eating a strawberry Gummy candy— actually, they taste better than strawberry gummy candies!! I take 20mg of the Spring Valley tablets, and they take awhile to work cuz they are tablets… so while I'm in bed, if I'm ready for sleep and it's not coming, I'll take another 10-20 mgs but it's these strawberry gummies! They're “dangerously good” because someone could accidentally sit there and eat the whole bottle without thinking. They're a pleasant tasting “medicine”… I have to tell myself it's medicine so I won't overdo it. Lmao. 40 mg will knock me out for 8 hours. I need them due to lumbar pain that otherwise keeps me awake even with prescribed meds!!

So we love these Gummies. I have a child with a special need and part of his symptoms are sleep disruptions, this particular brand of melatonin, gummy taste good and is easy for him to eat and it’s also easy for me to melt down and add to a drink if I can’t get him to eat the gummy’s. It makes it easy to get him to bed on time which makes Everything during his day goes so much better. He’s thriving at school and doing so well and his sleep is a big part of that. Highly highly recommend.

Melatonin helps when you're needing to rest because I carry a lot of stress and that's one thing that helps me sleep better at night. I would recommend it to anybody.

I take 2 of these before bedtime to help calm my mind so I can get to sleep faster. Otherwise, it can sometimes take up to 1 hr before I feel tired enough to fall to sleep. I continue to buy them for my health.

DOES NOT WORK! These taste AMAZING, but DO NOT help me get to sleep or stay asleep whatsoever. I only keep buying and eating them because they taste so yummy.

I had about 12 of the gummies left from a prior purchase and they were great. I took one of the old ones the night before and they work. I took one of these I just ordered and nothing happened. Tried the next night, nothing. I looked at the ingredients from this bottle and the exact same bottle and compared them. The ones I purchased before the ingredients are different and moved around on these new ones. Note the bottles are exactly the same ones same everything. That is probably why these don't work. I do NOT recomment.
