Spring Valley Standardized Extract St. John's Wort Capsules, 300 mg, 150 count

This is my favorite brand of St John's Wort. They also offer one in 150 mg, but I don't think it works as well as this 300 mg strength. I have tried other brands, but I always return to buying this one.

This stuff is great. Every time I think I don't need it anymore, 3 or 4 days without it proves otherwise. So if you need a pick me up for mild depression, St John's Wort should be on your list. And I've found Walmart to be the best place to get it.

I haven't been taking these long. I believe it's been almost three weeks. I have undiagnosed depression, and I read good things about these, so I'm giving it a go. I have read that it takes about the same amount of time for these to work as it does actual prescription depression medicine so 4-6 weeks. I'll update after 6 weeks to say how it's going.

I've only been taking a few days and can already feel a difference. I don't feel as anxious or stressed. I feel more at ease and less effected by things that would normally bother me. So far so good. Hope it gets even better! :)

I bought these for my daughter, who says she can tell a difference in how she feels.

Little costly. Like the product. Helps with keeping you focused on daily tasks. Just he careful during summer, take only one capsule. This product makes your skin sensitive to sunburn.

I have been using St. Johns Wort for a number of years now and have found the Spring Valley brand to be a quality brand as well as very reasonably priced.

Yes this helps with falling asleep. I do normally dream a lot and I find that this somehow increases that. Like Id wake up from a dream and go back to sleep and then dream again! Obviously everyone dreams different but I find that this product does increase likelihood of dreaming during sleep. However I never had a groggy wake up from this product.
