Spring Valley Sublingual Vitamin B Complex Liquid with B12, 2 fl oz

This product has changed my life. I must have been low on the B vitamins because it has given me a new energy reserve. I feel great and have more strength in my legs. I like that it has Vitamin B12 which I really needed. It tastes pretty good. Goes under your tongue where it did the things I needed and I plan to continue using it. I also give it to my husband and he says it gives a lot of energy too.

There are two types of vitamin B12 and this type is a cheap B12 that is not easily at all to absorb in the body like B12 methyl. This one has an ingredient similar to the word cyanide so if you want a B12 that can be absorbed in the body you want to always buy B12 methyl.
