This product helps with joint pain relief over time not a quick fix. Been taking since january 2020, noticed improvement after about two weeks and hands no longer bother me when doing any type of work.

Glucosamine is very helpful for painful joints. I would prefer to see it with MSM rather than Chondroitin. The large tablets are hard to swallow. Capsules would be easier. Don't like all the ingredients, such as polyvinyl alcohol.

Way to big! And to think they recommend you take 2X a day. If I had known I would not have ordered them I would like to return them but, alas, I opened the bottle.

this product is not right for me nor my family I want it just the plain zinc and not additive or vitamin d or c My body did not react to it right thank you
