Essential for 50 %26 healthy joints!!
I like Spring Valley %26 their prices!! An important vitamin. Can also be had by drinking egg shells sitting in hot water - I do that one time daily %26 have one tablet a day, for cost efficiency!!

What a wonderful feeling after taking just 1
I previously had 2 spinal surgeries, that came along later with osteoporosis arthritis in my knee, along with drop foot. Constantly living in pain. After using 1 tablets I could feel relief. Thank you so much.
