Spring Valley Vitamin K2 + Vitamin D3 Gummies, Mixed Berry, 60 Count, Supplement for Bone and Immune Health

I didn’t realize I was taking an almost triple dose of these vitamins using another brand. And I was taking it daily! From google regarding Vit D3: it's a fat-soluble vitamin, meaning your body stores it in fat tissue and the liver, rather than flushing it out like water-soluble vitamins (like C or B) in urine; excessive intake can lead to buildup and toxicity (hypercalcemia), causing issues like fatigue, kidney stones, and confusion This brand offers a gummy supplement that is within healthy guidelines for me. I must share it was hard to find the right dosage. I’m trying to focus on my health and this correction from overdose levels is a good beginning, I believe.

tried just d3 gummies and was told to take k2 with d3 for better results for calcium go into bones and body. d3 without k2 can cause arteries calcium build up

I appreciate the soft texture and fruitful flavor lacking the medicinal aftertaste of most gummy supplements. i'm hopeful and confident that these gummies will reverse the side effects of vitamin D3 %26 K2 deficiency that may have been overlooked for decades!

I like them, but they don’t have a gummy like gummy taste which is understandable cause I don’t eat pork so it doesn’t have gelatin in it. I wish it had Bova gelatin in it lol but they’re good. I buy them for my children. I recommend them.

With all the ads I see on fakebook and Youtube of one brand or another of supplement companies denigrating other brands it is difficult to know who lies and who is telling the truth, but the fact remains I am almost always vitamin D deficient so I have no choice but to choose a vitamin D supplement to try. These taste good. If it's not gummy, I won't take it in my old age. Too laborious to swallow. It's easier to get something I can chew. I just pray this isn't from sheep fur like some other vitamin D3 with K2 supplement brand claims all the others are. The K2 addition is new infothey just began to ciculate to further our analysis paralysis. So sick of not being able to trust any brands. My old gummies were fine by me, but they discontinued them and I think these are the newer version? Who can keep up? too much conflicting info. These will work. I can chew them and be on my way. The Mixed Berry flavor is pretty dang good.

I generally abhor raspberry, %26 raspberry 'flavor' in particular... but these are not bad! I find myself wanting to eat them, rather than "I should eat these."

I am diabetic and need to supplement K with D. I like the taste and ease of these supplements and so far when I have to do my blood labs my K D are stiil in the safe range acording to my Dr.

very few D3 K2 combination is available on the market that ticks all the following: 1. budget friendly 2. Halal or Kosher or Vegan friendly, i.e., no animal based gelatin 3. low dose D3. other D3 K2 options are all high dosage (above 5000 IU) 4. easy to take being gummy. Although I'd love it to be a bit less sweet, still overall it is a fine product.

so I honestly love how tiny they are but I honestly wish they were just bigger so you only needed one and they would last longer. the texture of them is honestly a little unsettling, like they're really really soft and they don't eat like a typical gummy would. the flavor's not bad but there's not much of one to judge honestly.

These vitamins taste terrific, but they gave me vertigo. Now when I’m trying to sleep I get dizzy and feel nauseous when I’m rolling over in bed. I stopped taking them as soon as I figured out they’re the cause, but my symptoms haven’t gotten 100 percent better yet (I’ve only stopped for 2 days) so the improvement is slower than I’d like.
