Absolutely must try for perimenopause! They work!!
These are a life changer for PERIMENOPAUSE slowed my period from 30 days to 4 days after only 24 days on them. Hot flashes are all most nonexistent now. I added a magnesium pill to it to help with not being able to sleep well at night and now sleep like a baby. I'm still cranky all the time but I was that way before so I don't think it was menopausal symptoms. I would highly recommend these for anyone that is in perimenopause and menopause. Thayer definitely help.

Put these back on the store shelf's !
this was one of the best products , believe me it works and gives me energy. can definitely tell when I miss a day or two. Was so bummed that the stores dont carry them anymore, I about had a melt down. I've tried the others and no luck there , somebody lead me to these and wow is all I can say !

Works great for me
Started taking these about three months ago. I have horrible hot flashes and these gummy’s have really helped me with that! I wouldn’t go a day without them. Glad I tried them out. Hot flashes are the worst!!!!!

These have made such a great difference in hot flashes. Walmart stopped carrying them in the stores but thankfully still available online. They have made a huge difference in my life!

Tastes good and helps with menopause symptoms. Hate that I have to order on line and pay shipping fees. Not available in store anymore for some reason.

Definitely a keeper!
The only thing I didn’t like about this product is the taste of the gummies-they’re not awful, but they’re not too pleasant-I would still purchase again. It’s been less than a week since I’ve been using these and I can feel a great difference. I’m sleeping better without waking up sweating, I feel less irritated and agitated, and I feel more focused and energetic about my day. I was pleasantly surprised-Why dont doctors ever recommend these types of supplements before writing hard prescriptions??

Great flavor worth a try it may work for u
I have been on these for 6 months. I believe they were helping w my hot flashes for a few months however I have noticed I have been getting more and more recently. So I don’t know if my body is now immune to it and needs more or what.. I like the flavor. I think I will try another just so I can have relief of the hot flashes

I don't know if these was working or not I noticed a week after using them that they was expired and customer service told me I need to return them to get a refund or a new one so I won't be ordering this again
