This isnt what I ordered. This product was a substitue but I thought Id give it a try. It gives me nightmares. I hate it. I normally take a 10mg tablet by another brand and I fall asleep easily/wake-up feeling refreshed. I took two of these 5mg gummies and it was a horrible experience. Not only did I have nightmares but I could barely stay awake the next day. Your experience may be different but Ill NEVER use this product again.
