I love the professional artist that has such a flare for color and realistic look. Anxious to to do the puzzle after I finish another puzzle.

I received a call today from Springbok. They have issued a recall to all venders and are sending me a free replacement. As soon as the cutting problem was identified, they replaced their cutting blades. I will definitely be ordering more Springbok puzzles. Kudos to them!!

This is a beautiful puzzle, I work on it in my spare time so it's not completely finished yet, but can't wait to see the finished product!

Delivery horrible, puzzle box completely crumpled and plastic cut. Left outside not in garage or deck box indicated, had to return. Reordered and still damaged, but too late to return as needed for Christmas gift. Puzzle unopened, but picture on box looks beautiful and would have been a nice gift in original condition.

So we bought this because the picture is so beautiful. But....the last couple of Springbok puzzles we've attempted were too dark and too glossy. This one looks like it could potentially have the same problems - so we are returning unopened with the full intent to buy more colorful and bright Springbok 1000 puzzles. If you have younger eyes, you might not have the same issues we are having - so try it if you love the picture. We prefer Springbok because of the difficult cut pieces and because they still manufacture here in the US of A.

Received my puzzle to find pieces poorly cut, and some were stuck and had to be torn apart. After about a week of assembly, there was two pieces missing. So frustrating. Walmart was very understanding and has sent a replacement. Haven't received yet, but hoping for better results. Thank you Walmart.

We buy Springbok Jigsaw Puzzles almost exclusively. However, when this puzzle arrived I was sincerely disappointed in the new box style. This box is just a plain box with a sleeve that has the picture on it. I prefer the box itself to have the picture on it. We keep our puzzles to do for years to come and I foresee this sleeve getting lost, ripped, etc. Which will leave you with a plain box that you don't know what's inside it. No thank you. Returning unopened - so I can't review the quality of the puzzle itself. Disappointed because this looks like a great puzzle.

We love Springbok puzzles, but this puzzle was a firm NO for us for the following reasons: 1. This box type is awful - if you lose the sleeve, you have ZERO idea what's inside! We keep our puzzles with the idea of doing them again for years to come. This sleeve is a problem. 2. Both the sleeve and the insert show a very crisp detailed puzzle. This is NOT what the actual pieces look like!! The pieces are very dark, very fuzzy (not detailed), and overly shiny! There is no angle or amount of light to give you any idea what the piece is supposed to be. My printer husband thinks this is just a low quality image with too much coating. We were unable to even get 1/2 way thru the puzzle before we gave up in frustration. We are absolutely returning as a defective item. Springbok needs to rethink this box design and maintain quality standards.
