Spring base
I bought this along with the fixed height 15" pedestal it fit good and does not wobble - the springs make sitting more comfortable - a good buy. Also the hole pattern fit the seat with no problems at all.

Good quality, good fit.
Very nice seat base, looks to be of good quality and construction. It fit very well into the pedestal, & I like the 3° tilt back .
