Honestly, Spylt is the best protein drink I've ever tasted and the caffeine is a huge bonus!! I love that it's real milk with real milk texture. It's not thick like most protein drinks and has no chalky after taste. It's shelf stable so I can stock up on my favorite flavors, which is basically all of the flavors. It's best when it's cold, and it's only 90 calories with no added sugar. Our kids have always loved chocolate milk and this is so much better than those sugary high calorie energy drinks. Will be purchasing this again and again.

This stuff is dangerously delicious. The SPYLT Cookies N Cream tastes like you melted cookies n cream ice milkshake and somehow packed it with 20g of protein and then packed in some caffeine. The best part there's no chalky weirdness, just creamy, dreamy deliciousness. I actually look forward to drinking it, which I never say about protein. 10/10. The real challenge is to only drink one at a time. Spylt is a secret that I want to gate keep, but it is just too good!!!!

My son had one of these and shared it with me and I couldn't believe it was sugar-free. It tastes sweet and gives you a little bit of caffeine boost. But when it's time to go to bed, you actually sleep. The lowest I use it sometimes to substitute a meal if I'm not extremely hungry.

Lumps of unknown congealed substance and way too sweet. I didn't even make it through the first can before pouring the remainder down the drain and the other cans in the trash. Some quality control needs to be implemented.
