This device works as advertised, and as far as practicality goes, in vibration mode would make for an excellent door alarm when you're staying away from home, such as in a hotel or other area where you're sleeping, and want to know if any intruders have tried to enter your room/area. Just turn it to "V" mode for vibration, and place it on the floor by the door of entry, and it will alert you to anyone coming in.
This was a Christmas gift for my nephew. It happened to be the first gift he opened and he gasped in excitement. He would move it around in different places and open up other gifts near the hidden spot to make it activate.
My son loves these! They are a little loud but well enjoyed by the kids.
My grandson loves his SpyX Micro Motion Alarm toy. He uses the motion feature to guard the entrance to his bedroom door so it sets off the alarm if his younger sisters try to enter his room. He uses the vibrate feature to secure his valuables too. He is really enjoying this toy. The alarm isn't too loud overall.
The kids loved it. The grown-ups tried it out too.
This works a lot. Takes AA Batteries. Really funny. I alarmed my dad. I pretended to get a drink while he was showering. Meanwhile, I alarmed the shower!
My 7-year-old and 10-year-old really have fun with this. I was impressed that it actually works although it can be a little annoying to parents. Especially when they leave it on while they're at school. 🙄 Thank goodness it has an off switch! It’s my own fault if it startles me twice. 😅 My seven-year-old wants the voice recording one now for Christmas.
Bought for my autistic 11 year old son, who lives with his mother. He loves to prank her and he got a kick out of this. I can’t speak of durability, but it’s an inexpensive gift that he will surely get the monies worth out of it regardless.
Love it.but the sound is not working.
