package was open; saw no battery in package; saw a shinny sliver inside battery compartment that might have been placed there by the manufacture; item does not work at all; has no volume control, only an on/off switch; item is a piece of junk for a toy that should work and does not. sell items, toys, that work, not junk broken toy items; waste of money; purchase something else, not this item.
