lug screw jammed
take back out lug screw really jammed took a while to free up. should have sent it back! used anyway need to have hot water.$30.00 for something new I had to fight with to get it to work. what a shame.

Product is not operating correctly under normal load and was replaced by a new one by a licensed manufacturer.
