Fine for Finger Food
We used these for a wedding reception where finger foods were served. They were sturdy enough for hot hors d'oeuvres, crackers & cheese, fruits & veggies, pasta salad etc .... The raised edges are high enough to keep grapes or little tomatoes from rolling off or to contain the sauce from meatballs. Would not recommend for anything that needed to be cut while on the plate.

They are decent. I would not suggest it for an actual dinner plate - perhaps, a LIGHT dinner plate.

Thought they would be bigger!
I ordered 2 set of these plates as well as teal to match my daughters frozen party plates. I wanted larger plates for the extra room. I thought since the description said 9" and the product size read 9x9 that that would be large enough. They are 9x9 from edge to edge and 8 3/4 for the actual plate space. If you are needing a larger plate I would look for a 10" or 11". I'm keeping them since I have them and I will just get another plate for the pizza.

DISAPPOINTED!
I am very disappointed! when I ordered these I saw in the picture that they were plastic and when they came I found out that they were paper. I can't use these plates, I need plastic so they can be washed and reused.
