Squatty Potty Fold N Stow Folding Toilet and Bath Stool, 7"

The squatty potty is very well made and I hope it helps the situation ! The squatty potty is very sturdy yet not too heavy. It comes with 2 pieces which snap into one another. If you need higher elevation, you pop the smaller one out %26 snap it on top of the other. For safety reasons when you go to use it, you need to be mindful that it is placed snug against the toilet %26 not protruding out. My advice is to leave it up against the toilet and pull it out when you sit %26 then put your feet up. Return it snug against the toilet before standing up. Otherwise, it can be a safety issue. I highly recommend.

Although product looks good, new and already assembled, using it is extremely uncomfortable that it is difficult for me to recommend. It made going to the bathroom worse for me.

Definitely doesn’t look like the picture. Sent me the wrong product, but works well. Mine doesn’t fold up. It just has a shorter one and a taller one. And it slides up under the front of the toilet when done. But it does still works good for the purpose I got it for, just not what is advertised.

It keeps folding up while you have your feet on it trying to use. Plus it falls over a lot. I had the original one awhile back but moved and lost it, I got this as a lesser expensive replacement. Would rather have paid the higher amount that get this one if I could do it again.

Do not buy because Walmart will not take it back as a return, and this product is not made very well. Says it folds up when not in use; but is very difficult to fold up and will easily break when you’re trying to fold it In-N-Out to open and close. It also doesn’t work well if your toilet is setting low so you have to make sure you have a high toilet to use this thing.

I ordered this for my aunt she is not sturdy enough to be able to use it I didn’t realize how lightweight it was I wanted to return it to the store and I was told it’s not returnable I’m not very happy about this and I would not recommend the company into this kind of situation

Item arrived broken, packaging was not visibly damaged but the brittle plastic is cracked and the item is of no use. There are broken shards of loose plastic. Unable to return or get a refund because it is a bathroom item

I ordered online for Walmart pickup this week. I went to open it today and the leg hinge was broken. I tried to submit a return they said the item is not eligible for return and it says it on the website and it’s policy. I kindly asked for an exchange and they can’t do that either. What kind of customer service is this? There is a two point inspection in this and Walmart failed both. Items on stocks should be audited and pulled if broken and the associate picked it out and shouldn’t have gave me a broken it.

The Online information said it was 7 inch high. Using Walmart online ordering and pickup, once getting it home, the outside of box says 8 inches. I never opened the original box nor removed the item from the box as the 8 inch item was too high for my husband. It is false advertising as the online information said it was 7 inches but it'sactually 8 inches!!! Now I find out it is not returnable!!

Broken and Walmart fought me on a refund. This pinched my finger so hard trying to close it that I had a huge, bloody gash. The manufacturer would not respond after two separate attempts. Walmart ended up begrudgingly giving me a partial refund. Walmart peddles junk and has horrible customer service.
