I have arthritis which causes severe hand discomfort on some days, thought this would be a good idea. At first, it seemed way too hard to squeeze - then I cut it in half and worked with it that way. It softened up immediately and I use it a lot. It has really, really helped. And it is fun to play with !

Not easy
Material is harder than it looks. Very difficult to use.

I'm starting with a softer hand therapy, so haven't used much. The biggest problem was the poor delivery results. Three days later than "latest" predicted date.
