Squid Go Leg/Knee Active Cold Compression Therapy / Ice Cold Therapy Compress for Knee Pain Relief, Post Op Recovery, Arthritic Knee and Athletic Muscle and Joint Recovery.

The squid provides perfect cooling and pressure. It covers both my calf and my knee so it is adequately long. The cooling lasts for quite a long time and I only put the cooling bag in the refrigerator. I find it does not need to go into the freezer.

I've used a squid on/off for years on an old ankle injury and am now also using the leg and knee wrap for an old broken and dislocated kneecap.  Nothing takes the place of physical therapy, but the squid works so much better than traditional icing and has kept the need for injections at bay!

I've only been using it for a few days following knee surgery, but it is a-mazing!  I've used Game Ready at PT, but they are pricey.  This provides a similar experience at a 1/3rd of the cost.  Keeps swelling down and feels great after a tough day at PT or doing exercises at home.

I have always hated icing my knee (several issues not repairable) and squid go comes as a wonderful surprise. It's ice and it's cold but somehow the compression makes it more tolerable for me. I am already at level 4 and use it twice a day. A professional baller dancer recommended  it to me and I'm forever grateful!

The SquidGo has given me my quality of life back. Used twice a day, along with an Rx for a long acting NSAID and with plenty of cycling, the SquidGo has taken the swelling and pain out of my osteoarthritic knee. I can walk again. I can play with my kids again (with bounds), and I can sleep again. I cannot say enough good things about the SquidGo. I do wish it had a level 5 for pressure, though ;-)

High quality product. I am a runner and had issues with my knees for several years. Used an ice water machine in the past and this is much better because there is no water hustle, I can take it with me to work and it is effective. Keeps the swelling down and great for the pain. Love it!

I saw it at the PT clinic following total knee replacement and my PT recommended that I buy one for my recovery. They use the same device at the clinic and it is the best thing you can wish for when you are in pain! Feels great after my PT routine and helps with the swelling as well.

What an awesome improvement over conventional wraps or over ice machines.   In was able to replace over ice machines and their corresponding hassle in my surgical recovery.   .  I was able to totally eliminate the use of any pain meds.

After receiving surgery for a torn meniscus, I repeatedly used the system to help with my recovery. I highly recommend it for that purpose. Having the extra large enabled me to wrap it around the bandages.

The overall experience is good. The compression/ice combo is really great and it absolutely is worth buying. The reason for the “but” is that although the wrap is advertised as leg/knee, it’s not great for use on the knees. There’s just really no way to get the Velcro evenly attached from the top to the bottom so there’s always a weird imbalance of pressure when it inflates. Still gets plenty cold but I think they should just advertise is as leg and leave the knee part for the knee wrap.
