Packaging/Shipping Disappointing
Using as exact replacement for existing rail ... great price however packaging/shipping left much to be desired. First shipment never arrived as UPS reported an empty box with no product in it (although I was never given a reason for this the UPS man told me that the empty box was going around their conveyor belt with no product apparently because it had come out during handling. On the second shipping attempt I did receive the rail however part of it was extending outside of the box and I could see that the box was poorly taped. All in all, I did get the rail somewhat delayed but apparently in one piece. First time customer using jet.com. Would have rated five star except for theses issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
