It was not fast as expected but that may be due to my setup (ie cable) limitations. But the deal breaker is all my files were erased and the capacity became reduced to about 30 gb despite various efforts to restore full capacity

This is a fraudulent item. This is not an SSD of any kind. Repeat3d testing on the drive reveals it to be a flash drive about 128GB in sizwewith transfer speeds not exceeding 10mbps. In short, this drive is a SCAM! Also, unlike purchased I wanted to return on Amazon, I can find no straightforward way to redturn this fraud of a drive.

The device did not work at all. At least Walmart made a timely refund which is why I decided to make the purchase. Unfortunately, when I considered re-purchasing another one, I discovered that the device was well known in its failures by reading other reviews.

This device is a fake. it becomes read-only, cannot be formatted, and Windows reports the device is damaged. The drive's controller has locked itself and cannot be repaired. I returned it for a refund and bought a legitimate device from Best Buy. Learning this lesson, again: if the device is this cheap, it probably isn't what the company says it is. Shame on Walmart for listing it on its website.

Just don't do it. It's actually only a micro sd card on a circuit board that tricks your computer into thinking that it's 32tb. I couldn't actually measure sd card size because of the disassembly process. Just don't

Was not even the right product I ordered an 8tb hard drive not a 16tb ssd that doesn’t work

False advertising. It’s not 32 tb, it’s 32 gb. Would give negative stars if I could.
