SSPHPPLIE Walking Pad 300lb, Under Desk Treadmil lwith Remote Control,0.6-3.8mph Walking Pad Treadmill (Green)

It seems like it would be a great walking pad but the belt was off-center and is now frayed on one side. We followed the instructions for adjusting the belt and worked on it for an hour without success. We had it lined up correctly once but as soon as we turned it on an tried it the belt slipped to one side again.

Seller sent different size/SKU than I ordered. I ordered the large (40x16) version and received the smaller version. I did a ton of research prior to ordering and know the model %23s well; they sent me the wrong item (which cost less). I phoned the seller's support line and a lady with a thick accent offered no assistance. I was told to take photos and email them and promised a return call within an hour. No one ever called. I received an email full of gaslighting and outright lies. The email claimed the model I received was an "upgrade" which is complete B.S. They sent the wrong item. This was the first item I purchased after getting Walmart and I am furious that I was not only sent the wrong (cheaper) item, but that the seller lied to me both on the phone and via email. Now I've got to deal with re-packing a 60 pound treadmill and transporting it back to Walmart. Think long %26 hard about YOUR ability to do that when this seller sends YOU the wrong item.

I liked how quickly it was shipped once ordered. I liked how it looks. However, the belt adjustments are at the very end of the machine and require one to literally lay down on the floor to see where to insert the tool to make the belt adjustments. Being an older person (and still very much able to get down on the floor), that adjustment process is not workable for long term usage. So for that reason, I can only give this product a 2 Star review.

I love it and the app is cool with the different challenges you can do. Would have given 5 stars if it had a bar to hold while walking for stability. Also its very heavy even with the wheels so make sure you leave it close to where you will be using it.

I have two complaints: the unit will not work without the remote. I found this out when I temporarily misplaced the remote and this is heavy to move around . Otherwise I like this a lot.

it didn't have anything to hang on to. it appeared to be of good quality, but I am older and really need to hang onto something. I was goi g to return it but my daughter wanted it.

I love this new walk pad! I live in the desert and there are many days that it is too hot to walk outside. This pad allows me to walk any time I feel like it. It has a great hand remote control allowing me to speed up or slow down super easily.

I had never even heard of walking pads until I did a search for Treadmills - which I can't afford and don't have room for anyway. I use to really enjoy walking on one though and search brought up this. I was really hesitant, years ago cheap treadmills were brutal, noisy, stiff to walk on. This is still a large purchase for my budget but I went for it. So, out of the box - no putting together, just plug in, flip on, use remote to start and increase speed, and that is it. I am so delighted with it! smooth walking surface, big enough of a surface that I can take a full stride on. It has no incline, but I am not really looking for high endurance walks, I just want to get in a 30 to 45 minute casual walk a day. It is, I think box said 60lbs, but has 2 fron wheels and this actually slid under my bed with no problems. This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. If you are looking for space savings, easy walk, without any frills, I can honestly recommend!

I’ll start with the Cons: 1. The beeping when starting or stopping the treadmill is ridiculously loud 2. The app is not good 3. The belt leans way left and when I go to correct it, it makes it worse somehow 4. The plastic bits attract static/hair clings to it PROS: 1. Smooth setup (I am early middle-aged and managed to carry it up a flight of stairs alone - not recommended but doable if you’re strong enough) 2. Smooth walking experience 3. Quiet tread/walk once the beeping ceases 4. The remote is super dumbed down and I love that (3 total buttons) 5. Fairly easy to move around carpeted floors 6. Fairly easy to store under a full sized bed

What I love is the ability to slow it down, speed wise until I'm able to step off. The tread runs smoothly and this size is compact, but not uncomfortable; actually, for shorter legs this is excellent because you don't have to match a longer stride. It's low to the ground as well.
