I dislike the taste 🥶 but if you swallow, payoff is GREAT 😃!

My mother gave me this vitamin as a child and I give it to my children today. I like all the benefits in this vitamin, especially iron.

Great health benefits!
This is a great product! It is an old but good product that my mom has been using for years tonhelp with her vitamin, and iron intake. It's not easy to find but I'm glad that I can still find it at Walmart. It's not the best tasting supplement but the benefits are worth it.
