My grandmother herself used 3 SSS tonic as far back as I can remember. Whenever the females in the family became teen agers, my grandmother would start to give the tonic to us as an iron %26 vitamin B supplement. I take it everyday and my energy level is very much in check. The taste is not so bad, once you get used to it.

its all good im 65 and running out of energy but i take 1 tbs in the morning and i have more energy during the day. i dont reccomend to take the suggested dosage of 3 tbs per day or you might be laying in bed like i did at 2 in the morning wishing i could sleep and thinking about slipping out to the shop and catching up on some things and having the want to. im just saying. ive been to the doctor several times about low energy, took all kinds of things otc, never made a dent. but this stuff does. what are you losing to try, less than a 20 spot. you spent more than half that on a burger this week. im just saying.

I was told by my son's doctor to try this stuff for his premature hair loss. The taste is a boozy red bull, if you can imagine that, so actually not too bad. Gotta get used to it. After a week, it's helped with his energy levels (still in high school so hates waking up early) and his hair does seem a bit fuller but not regrowing hair yet. We'll see and we have high hopes.
