Iron tonic worked wonders!!
It helped my 93 yo Dad regain his normal energy and appetite in about a week or so of daily dosages. He was in a very weak condition with no energy or appetite for several weeks. He lost down to 144. I kept up with the calorie intake and it ranged from 400 to 600 for 2 weeks no matter how hard I tried to get him to eat. Within a few days on the tonic he began to sit up more, talk, then his caloric intake steadily climbed to 1600-1800.

I've always been anemic ,but didn't realize the benefits of taking supplement iron until I became grown. It gives you much more energy and doesn't cause extreme constipation like most. By it being a liquid it works faster, much easier to swallow.

My daughter had a problem with the ingredients was very upsetting. She had to stop taking it as for myself. It didn't taste right, but I've taken it before I had never had a problem with it, but it could be the ingredients so you need to check the ingredients on the bottle make sure it doesn't have other additives in it that are not supposed to be in there.
