The beauty supply stores no longer carries the product, you can only purchase online. The price is double the amount than expected. This is the only product that leaves moisture. Other items have it dry and brittle. There was fast shipping by fedex.

The product is Amazing!! great for detangling hair with ease. Low star rating due to price, I was able to find the product at a lower price after my purchase from Walmart online.

This product is not the same. Something has been added or something has been taking out, it does not work the same. I can feel the difference. It does not feel the same on my hair. So no I would not be buying this product again. Thank you

That bottle must be from the 80s it's not like the new version. The new version hàs lots of moisturizer content in it but this new one is mostly water, and makes my my scalp exceedingly DRY bcuz it has Zero Moisturizer in it!!!

This product seems to be a cheap imitation of the orginal . Does not stop scalp from feeling dry. Does not stop hair from feeling dry and bridle.

I had not purchased this product since the logo update, but I recently bought a bottle to use on my hair again. Unfortunately, the fragrance is no longer the same as the original version, and the product also performs differently when applied to my hair. After using it, my hair felt noticeably dry once the product set. That was surprising because the earlier version worked very well for me and left my hair feeling much better. I'm disappointed in the change, as this used to be a really good product.

This product doesn't come close your the original scet. It dries up in about 10 minutes. So no moisture after that. The scent is not a pleasing scent. I don't recommend this product if you are use to the original scent and the moisture you get with the original product

We were sent bottles that had expired 12/24 for the full price of 16 dollars. If they are expired they should not be sent or at least made known to see if you want to purchase at discounted prices

I had been using this product for years before it was taken off the market. It would keep my extremely thick hair manageable, but now it has been diluted so bad it leaves my hair dry and you have tripled the price for that size bottle. WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY. Can you refund my money spent on your watered down product.

Very diluted. For the cost, you can just buy the ingredients and make it at home. The consistency will be closer to the original product that way. Glycerin and lanolin are not expensive products.
