okay, I honestly have been seeing how this does, I do take some medications so for a couple of days i did not so i could tell how this made me feel in my body. I did not get jittery, but my stomach did start feeling queasy, with that said I would recommend eating something cold or peto to coat the stomach. I am still trying this, I can say you will lose some weight, and that you really need to take only 2 not 3 a day, because 2 is the limit for your body a day for caffeine which is 400mg for 2, 3 is over doing it. Also you have to watch your coffee drinking or any other caffeine that adds to the normal limit of caffeine for your body a day. It did not bother my sleep, like some weight loss will do. Stacker is a little harsher than some products. But it will curb your eating, I lost a few pounds in a few days. Which I was glad about, on the other hand you will feel a little weak at your stomach since it is like a rubber band tightening your stomach at a faster pace.
