Stagg Thin Cutaway Acoustic Electric Classical Guitar - Black - SCL60 TCE-BLK

I ordered a new guitar, but received a used guitar. The seller did send a discounted refund ad I was able to keep the guitar since it was in playable condition. I am still waiting for my Luthier to setup the guitar since they are backed up with work. Although it is used, and even new guitars need to be setup by a Luthier, I have not been able to play the guitar yet. But I did attempt to hear the sound and was impressed at the resonance of the guitar unplugged. I also tried it plugged in, and was a little disappointed at the plugged in sound over the amplifier. It is what it is band I guess after the Luthier is able to get to it I'll be happy with the guitar. Thank you to the seller whom took the steps to remedy the situation and doing so in a quick and understanding fashion.
