The safe way to slice and dice foods!
I love these! Years ago I used a wood cutting board until I learned it could harbor food particles in it then I moved to plastic but after mutiple uses it has cut marks deep into it and again, food particles got into it and no matter how hard I try it stayed contaminated. Now I find stainless steel, problem solved! Dishwasher safe too!

Lack of Informaion
The package only contained the cutting boards, there was no paperwork. I would have liked to see specifications and cleaning instructions. I'm not sure if they can go in the dishwasher.

The item is listed as Titanium. I should have zoomed in on the pictures because then I would have seen SUS304. They are 304 stainless steel and not Titanium as listed. I could have payed less by ordering stainless steel instead of of fake titanium. If you want Titanium, don't buy these.

Too sharp
All I did was rinse them with a little dish soap and water before I was going to use them. The edges all the way around are so sharp I cut my hand. These need to have a removable rubber putter band at least considering the price. Definitely not worth chancing another injury. Like a knife or razor. I returned them. I'm getting some that have a protective band.

The thickness of the boards is less than 1 mm, which does not correspond to the description. They were delivered on time.
