This stair stepper is very basic—definitely no bells or whistles. While using it, I noticed there's little to no resistance, which makes the motion feel very loose and not as effective as I expected. I really wish there was a way to adjust the tension to make the workout more challenging.
Another downside is the pedal size. They're smaller than I anticipated, and it feels like you're stepping on your tiptoes rather than having full foot support. For reference, I wear a size 8½, so this could be uncomfortable for others with similar or larger feet.
Overall, it may work for very light activity, but if you're looking for a more solid, adjustable workout, this might not be the best option.
