I brought this Stair Stepper with Handle to my office to squeeze in some low-impact cardio during the day, and it has been an absolute game-changer for my workspace. Because I work in a shared office environment, I was initially worried about the size and noise, but this fitness machine exceeded my expectations on both fronts. The design is incredibly smart and not bulky at all, fitting comfortably right near my workstation. When my workday is over or when I need to clear the floor for clients, I can easily take it apart in just a few moments and slide it directly under my desk for simple, out-of-sight storage. It has an impressively small footprint that makes it ideal for anyone dealing with tight spaces, whether at home or in a professional cubicle setup. In terms of performance, the twist step motion gives my glutes and legs a fantastic workout without putting harsh stress on my joints. The silent hydraulic system is incredibly smooth and whisper-quiet, meaning I can step away while reading emails or taking notes without distracting my coworkers or making any loud squeaking noises. Easy to assemble, stair stepper with handles! Comes with tension bands and everything you need. Took me 12 minutes to put together! So very easy!! It is not too heavy to transport—about 40 pounds at the most. Put it together and start working out! It is pretty stable and has a max weight limit of 300 pounds. Seems like a good workout—either with the tension bands or without. Great price too!!

Love this little step master. Takes up barely any room at our home gym. The handlebar and Hydraulics separate it from those cheap under the desk type step systems. Supports over 200 pound adult easy. The “twisting” foot position is also unique. Nice and heavy base and frame, very sturdy. Comes with mat, screen display and cables. Extremely simple installation, less than 30 minutes.

This was a little rough to put together. A lot of parts. After assembly it was sturdy and fun to use. I could easily workout while watching tv and was small enough to not take up a lot of room.
