I bought this to help strengthen my neck after suffering an injury. It works way better than I expected it would, glad I got it!

I started using this in my weights class, and decided it would be great for travel. It is lightweight, and takes up little room in a suitcase. It you have access to weights (ie: cruise ship), just add the Magic Circle to your routine. If weights aren't available, you can still use it keep toned.

First used product at physical therapy to help restore my core strength, thought having one at home would be even better. Plus, have found many other ways to use product.

The ring is great. I love the DVD but she moves so quickly that I can keep up. I am sure it will be better once I have used it to work out several times. Also, she shows how to use the ring n a reformer, which I dont have.

The Magic Circle works as expected. It's just like the one I use at my Pilates studio. The DVD is not very helpful. It goes from very simple to extremely difficult.

The ring is not as strong as the one from Balanced Body It is much easier to squish and doesn't offer as much resistance as a pilates ring should. This will work for now, but I will definitely be getting the Balanced Body one sometime in the near future. Plus, mine didn't come with the DVD.

The core is lightweight plastic ,not metal as noted in the description. There is absolutely NO resistance. Basically garbage!
