I was hoping to get a great deal on this specific item (AeroPilates Spine Corrector Barrel) during Amazon Prime Days, but the price didn't go down at all. Walmart seems to consistently offer great deals for online shopping and I'm fully satisfied with the price, shipping time, and the quality of the product.

The name is misleading I have a work related back injury and thought this was a apparatus for the spine when it is actually a core apparatus after it arrived I immediately watched the DVD to see how I was going to correct my spine and the secret is abdominal training core strengthening exercises. I am a beginner with little to no core strength so I haven't really got to use this correctly but, I can review the product construction: It is made from solid wood on the exterior, the interior looks to be veneered plywood and pine slats, this is covered with a polyurethane foam 100% then upholstered in a vinyl nylon fabric, to me it feels more like plastic then leather, all the handles are cast aluminum and the strap nylon. It is very solid I weigh 200+ pounds so it creaked when I sat on it. I did a couple exercises and realized I'm not ready for this but can work up to it. as for the questions that follow I don't have any friends or colleagues I'm an injured worker with a work related injury all alone.

It comes with a DVD that reviews some exercises. As someone with chronic back pain, this has been really comfortable to use so far and I'm excited to integrate it into my exercise routine!

The padding is comfortable, not too firm. It's more light than I expected it to be, which is nice that it is easy to move around.

I have been making due since covid with a lower-end at home reformer with minimal accessories. This has been a great addition, ensuring i can safely stretch my neck and spine after class. Its incredibly durable, really comfortable, and so high quality!

I have chronic upper back discomfort that requires lots of stretching and thought that this would be a great tool. I was hoping it would allow for decompression, but it isn't tall enough to effectively stretch the back. Im 5' 4 “ for reference. I understand it's a Pilates prop, so maybe it is useful for some specific Pilates exercise. But if it has anything to do with stretching the back, this thing is worthless. I returned it as quickly as I could.
