I've used the BackTrac for a few weeks now and I find it very helpful in relieving tightness in my neck, shoulders, and back. It has been great to have, especially after my regular massage therapist decided to stop work after the virus shutdown. If I have any constructive criticism for Stamina it would be to include some ideas about how moving the massage balls around changes the effect.
It Relieves my muscle spasms and is easy to use!!!
Sturdy and well made. Both my husband and I use it regularly and it hits all the right spots.
I love this thing! It feels so good to my back and massages every area of it! Highly recommend !
Bought this a few weeks ago and my clients love it. Results are fabulous
My wife and I purchased the BackTrac after both experiencing moderate back pain. We are both active and on our feet regularly, and were suffering from nagging back pain (mid-back and neck for me, lower back for my wife). A few minutes each night using this product has provided quality relief for both of us. Whereas we were up several times during the night before (a result of our chronic back discomfort), now we are both sleeping soundly through the night. We would highly recommend!
I highly recommend the BackTrac. For me it is a critical piece of equipment in my home gym. It keeps the tightness out of my back and enables me to have the flexibility to have a very active lifestyle. For me, I would be lost without it. When I get up in the morning and my back and neck are feeling stiff, I head right for the BackTrac Massager, and it gets the knots out after just a few minutes of rolling on it, and it really does feel good! Gives you a good tingling sensation.
I choose to live a very busy lifestyle as a small business owner I drive a lot about 30,000 miles annually and as a fill-in dental hygienist. Both reek havoc on my back ... the BackTrac has been my daily go to for relief in between chiropractic adjustments. It's amazing and I love it ... i typically use it before bed and I'm sleeping better! Ever friend that tries it loves it and has bought one too!! You won't regret it!!
It takes time and patience to allow your back to adjust to the pressure, much like a deep tissue massage. It was rough for the first week or so. But the pain goes away and your back will feel better.
I am rather slim, but I still thought this would be good for my back. It hurt just laying on it and when I rolled back and forth it was terribly uncomfortable. The next day I was sore and ultimately slight bruises appeared. I think the concept is great, but if you don't have some 'cushioning' I don't think this will work for you.
