I go to the gym regularly but needed a piece of equipment to use at home while sitting. This Stamina Compact Elliptical Strider with Resistance tubes was the answer. It is portable, very sturdy, made well, and easy to use. It even has resistance tubes to exercise your arms while you are exercising your legs. I use this every day and it has improved circulation and cramps in my legs. This is the best compact home exerciser and recommend it for everyone!
I bought this for my grandmother to help with her knees. She loves this thing and this has been the only workout she can get. Very well made and worth the price.
This seems to be the best $150 I ever spent. I love my stamina inmotion strider (elliptical). It's just the right size. Light enough for me to move it alone and not too had to put together (and I have no talent mechanically and was able to do it. The movement is smooth and silent and you get a nice workout. I LOVE IT !!!!
I hate big ugly work-out machines that take up valuable household space. This is a perfect machine for working out and is easily put in the closet for storage. Also, it has work-out band for upper body strength building. Then add on the work out DVD and you have a great purchase at a reasonable price. Fantastic! It has a few parts to put together, but that can be accomplished easily with the specific directions.
a friend has one of these items and I decided to try it. I really like it because it is heavy enough to do the job but lightweight enough to move around and the price was right
Very happy with this purchase. It is an economic solution to my exercise needs. I am 78 years old and walking for me is difficult. This strider is the perfect solution for keeping my legs healthy.
I receive this as a gift and love it! It's compact in size and allows you a full body workout using the elliptical as well as the full training. I highly recommend this to everyone of all ages and fitness levels.
I thought I was in pretty good shape and this machine would just allow me to "walk" when the weather was bad. Well it uses so much more of your body than simply walking that I'll use this as my default exercise from now on. It's terrific and I recommend spending the extra to get the cords.
Gives you good workout. Good for people trying to get regular light exercise. Adjustable resistance gives you multiple workout options. Only issue seen is that the display doesn't work sometimes. It keeps resetting.
This did start to make a grinding sound after husband adjusted tension. This is a hybrid and as a result doesn't work well under a desk (although if you turn it backwards it works better). The stride is super short... Like 6 inches. If they extended the stride a few inches and worked on constructing it to work better with tension (shouldn't grind), I would love this. But I am going to continue using it until it croaks.
