Stamina InTone Oval Fitness Rebounder Trampoline with Handlebars, White

I have been hearing about rebounding exercise and how great it is, however, didn't want to spend $300.00 + on a trampoline. So I did my research and finally found the oval jogger, love the shape of this trampoline - the workout is amazing and you def feel it, I'm already in shape just wanted to work in lymphatic and circulatory (as rebounding is also for)- WOW best workout!

I am 61 and hate going to the gym! Love this product! Easy to put together! Allows me to get a cardio workout at my own comfort level while having fun. Light and portable. I set it up in front of the TV and use the DVD that came with it, or just simply jump and burn calories while I watch my favorite TV show! I feel it working my calves, thighs, and glutes as well. Best part is I can do 100 jumps, go do chores, etc. then come back for another 100 jumps as I want throughout the day. So, I am getting a full workout without the drudgery of the gym! Love love love it!

I think the bounce is perfect for getting into a nice rhythm and making you work for it--very low-impact and provides a good aerobic workout. I love the long oval shape which allows me to do many different moves like jumping jacks, side to side jumps, and skaters, which I can't do on the round trampoline I used to use. And it makes no sound due to having bands instead of metal springs.

This jogger was very easy to assemble, which is sometimes challenging for me because I really don't like reading instructions. I have it set up in my living room and can easily hear the tv when using the jogger. The stability bar is a very useful addition. Love the quietness of this product. I have only good things to say about this jogger and highly recommend it. Note: Must be actually standing on the jogger when using the stretch bands to hold the jogger in place. LOL

This is a great product! At 67+ years old (and yes, i'm a beginning trampolinist)I'm loving this workout. It's great on the joints - low impact and lots of fun. I've been doing 5-10 min 'stints' a few times a day and feeling great!!!! I highly recommend this to all ages!!! Worth the money and it came to my door much faster than expected. So glad I made this purchase and happy to be getting some exercise again.

I purchased the Stamina InTone Oval Jogger because I needed to start exercising again after 15 years of sitting on the couch. Combined with my favorite "dance" music, I'm proud to state that I have been exercising every day now since I bought it, and am already feeling results!! It came very well packed with easy-to-follow instructions (at least for my husband), and he had it assembled in about a half-hour. There was only one hiccup in the assembly, one of the legs had extra burrs on the threading and would not screw in all the way without using a pipe wrench - which scratched up the finish on that leg a bit. Assembly instructions also very highly recommend using two people to "unfold" it. It can be a bit like opening a bear trap. All parts felt very strong and durable and it feels as though it will last a long time. For those concerned about the weight limit, I purchased this knowing that I slightly exceed it by about 10 lbs, (250lb weight limit for trampoline) but figured that I would take the chance. So far I've been using it 3 times a day religiously for 30 minutes at a time and it has shown no signs of stress or extreme wear. I believe that they estimate low on the weight limit. The trampoline surface itself is a "mesh" affixed to the ring with bungee-like straps. Much better than the old metal spring type of yesteryear. I can exercise without fear of bothering my husband or the neighbors in my apartment complex. The support bar is also invaluable to me, as I do have balance issues and it's right there where I need it - It can also be raised or lowered to fit average heights. Included with the trampoline are two exercise bands - that I have yet to use, and a "counter" that counts "jumps" and estimates calories. The counter's placement (at the base of the trampoline makes it difficult to see while exercising, and resets after a short period of non-use. For me, this is not an issue, as I have an exercise watch that does the counting for me. It is just an extra included with my real purchase - the trampoline itself. Same with the bands - just an extra that some users might appreciate. All-in-all, this is a very high-quality product that I highly recommend to anyone who needs to exercise after a long period of inactivity.

This trampoline is wonderful! The size is larger than most, which allows for a wider range of exercises. It is a really good workout, very fun, and energy boosting! The fact that it is soo fun to use really motivates me and keeps me going. Makes me look forward to exercising (which I normally dread). I highly recommend this if you are looking for a fun & inexpensive piece of equipment.

So far so good. . have had it for two weeks and have really seen some changes in my body, using it once or twice a day. It is a great size for indoors, the oval shape allows me to do crunches and sit ups. It really is a whole body workout. My only complaint is that the connection pieces for the support handle are not tight which causes it to be very wobbly. I wrapped Duct tape around the insertion pieces to tighten up the fitting and that worked well. I have recommended this to others.

I purchased this in order to jog indoors during the long winter months. I was looking for something low impact that would not take up too much space which I could use while still being near my two small children. This is doing the job perfectly! It was easy to set up and easy to use. The only thing I am not sure about yet is the fact that the stability bar does not seem to provide much stability. If you are just resting your hands on it, or using it to steady yourself it does fine. It seems to be more of a concern that it would not stand up to any real weight or pressure should you need more support.

I am an on again/off again regular exerciser and have used mini and large trampolines for years. I have had the smaller, round ones and they were okay, but I purchased this one due to it's larger size. I also thought, based on the description, it might have a bit more bounce than the smaller, rounder ones. Well, it didn't and I did not care for the "bounce-quality". That being said, however, if you are looking for some very, very light indoor exercise apparatus and only want a 'light' bounce, this would be for you. Like someone who is older, or has health issues. Bottom line: I returned it and am awaiting a "bouncier" mini-trampoline" in the mail from another company (although it is much pricier, you get what you pay for.) Love Walmart, though, and will continue to shop there as much as always.
